Audubon Park is yet another awesome public park in New Orleans! Most tourists never venture out from the French Quarter or maybe the Garden District, but New Orleans has so many other awesome places to visit. This park is massive, with walking trails, bike paths, lakes, wildlife, a zoo, and a couple of nice playgrounds right on St. Charles. You can feel like you're in the bayou, right in the middle of town. There were a ton of people around, and it seemed like the locals really enjoy this area. It's worth a visit.

If you need to get a little bit of old fashioned N.O. and relax, then spend some time here!ud83eudd19

Yet another amazing and beautiful park here in New Orleans. We are blessed with all the beautiful places we have. Sometimes you just have to be creative to find the places. Getting out to see what our state has really makes you appreciative to live here.

Love to come here to picnic and relax when the weather is nice. The only complaint I have is about the excessive noise of people playing music in their cars - an issue that is pointless to bring up with park staff since their own employees contribute to that issue as well. On the quiet days, it’s definitely five stars but the noise overall is a big issue.

Beautiful quiet place for a run, walk or picnic. Bird island is a great place to bird watch. The ducks are really friendly but not pushy, remember to give the swans their space
