Chris Busby and his crew at River City Plumbing are top notch. They are professionals and do excellent work for a reasonable price. They may be booked up and you have to wait but that's for a reason. They are the best plumbers in town. They are a Rinnai dealer and installed a new Rinnai tankless water heater for us. It was a non-trivial conversion from a tank water heater to tankless and they had to install a new vent pipe from a first floor all the way through a second story up through the attic and out the roof. The hole job only took about 3 hours. I was expecting all day. They charged half of what we were quoted from a Rinnai dealer from the Jackson area. We couldn't be happier with the whole installation experience and with the Rinnai water heater. They showed up on time and didn't leave any mess when they left. They were professional and courteous throughout. They arrived with several trucks and plenty of plumbing supplies stocked on their trucks ready to do the job. No running around looking for fittings, pipe, pieces and parts, etc. I would highly recommend Chris Busby and his crew at River City Plumbing to anyone anytime!!!
