Nightmare experience. 2 plumbers, one son of the owners. Their main goal is to get the most amount of money from you. They tried to steal my water boiler and then terrorized my family to pay the amount of $600. Originally we agreed on $340.nWarning do not use their plumber services. They are dangerous. Thefts. Call police on them.

I hired Prejean's to change the main water shut off valve when we were getting our house ready to sell. The shovel work and plumbing was first class. Everything else wasn't. They left the old valve in the front yard for me to pick up, left muddy hand prints on the wall, the shutter & the privacy screen. Not to mention the faucet cover on the now muddy ground. If you need a plumber steer clear of these clowns.

I am beyond appalled at the way I was just spoken to by the woman answering the phones for the company this morning 5/9/16. Not only was she rude in tone of voice in speaking to me she hung up on me not once but twice when I called back the 2nd time requesting to speak to someone else. She said she was the manager would not give her name and out right said she did not have time to speak to me a customer requesting information on the companies services. I have used this company before for the business that I manage and have never been treated this way before. I called another company and was greeted much more appropriately. You better believe I will be getting in touch with the owner and letting them know they may want to rethink on the person they have as the person that claims they are the manager. Cause she just cost them lots of business.

They have done several houses for me and they know how to get it done. If you are ever in a bind Corey and his crew will get you fixed up right away.

I'm with the Darby's review, the receptionist was rude and hung up on us three times. The service we got was delayed all day- no fault of ours. Then we got a bill for weekend-night fees! Kevin had problems but we were not informed of this until nighttime- we were not requesting a night emergency-nI would not recommend this plumbing service!
