Great plumbing company!

Not good!! My cousin’s husband and I told my cousin that Babineaux’s plumbing was the best. Never again!nScrewed both of us.nWent up the pipe to unclog a toilet. The house was built in 1975, so it was cast iron pipe. Babineaux’s said that they were hitting a solid object and said that the pipe probably collapsed. I asked if they could send a camera up the pipe. The guy said “ you can, but won’t be able to see cause it’s dark”.nThis cost me $900 .nI called someone who had a camera ( that could be used in the dark ud83dude44).nWent up the pipe and cleared the clog that was never cleared. Being cast iron, the pipe was scaly. They let me watch as the camera was moved.nThe pipe was cleaned out. A couple of spots of the cast iron pipe were corroded. This company put a liner in the pipe, a liner with epoxy that expanded coating the pipe.nAll is great. Better than breaking the house slab and outside porch cement.nWas expensive at $5900 but is fixed. Sure could have put that $900 to that bill. Sickening!nOn my cousins house, they cut 3 holes in her Sheetrock. ( Closet carpet which is at the front of her slab- was wet)-nThese people rerouted all of her plumbing through the attic. Then found out that it was the main line manifold against the front of the slab, leaking. So all of this was unnecessary. Charged her $2300nI rest my case!!!!!nnSo, I recommend “My Rooter!”nnJoan Simon

Called Babineaux's a few days ago to come to my home and do a simple job. They told us they couldn't get to us till the end of the week. So I called back today to make sure they would still he able to come. The rude woman that answed the phone had the nerve to tell me if we couldn't wait till next week call someone else.
