I came to the Headache and Pain Center because I had positive results two years ago. I have trust and high regard for the Physicians and RN’s on staff. I was able to get an appointment quickly and seen promptly.nMy procedures were done shortly thereafter and have provided relief. It is convenient to be able to get care locally be a team you know and trust and can follow up with.

Not recommended, I went looking for the services of Dr Cuadra, after 4 times, MRI, Xray, 4 injections in my neck, I dont get the relief I was waiting for, never met Dr Cuadra, and after my insurance paid, and I copaid every day, I have received 2 more bills, total, around 20 000 usd, for a procedure that dont make feel any better.

Staff was rude. They told us that they took both of my husband's insurances and it was not true they only took one of the insurances. We had to end up paying out of pocket more than we thought. And they argued with us about it. Will not be going back and would not refer anyone to them. Also when making an appointment, when you get there they say no you don't have an appointment, and you know you have one.

Excellent and friendly staff. Dr. Cuadra takes his time explaining the options that can help relieve your pain. He explains how the procedure is done and asks if you have any questions.nThey call the day after the procedure to check on you.

I was referred here and received a call from them for the appt. I called the week before my appt requesting they send the initial paperwork to me so I could have it ready for the appt. I advised them that I had another dr appt earlier that day in a different city, so I would need to have the paperwork already done to make the appt time. The young girl said she would mail it. She calls me the next day to see if I received it. I said no, did you mail it?.....at first she wouldn't answer my question and tried to get me off the phone. After pressing her, she then said they had not mailed it. Then she said I had to be there early to fill out paperwork....very unorganized or very unhelpful staff. I ended up cancelling I don't think if this is my initial experience that I want to deal further. I will request my Dr find me another pain clinic. Very disappointing
