Think twice before booking... Uncomfortable.nReached hotel at 8.30pm after a tiring day you expect little greet when enter a Hotel lobby. But the reception was a kid (may be she was 18) but she came out from the back office in a very sleepy, dis interested attitude... started the booking formalities as if a favor.. least bothered to inform which room, which floor, just handed the paper to sign and gave the key card and left... That's bad guest services.. Hotels.com mentions full breakfast complimentory but the hotel provided a grab n go bag with water bottle and sweet bun.. The hotel has less of white guest and more of Afro- American crowd... elevators, corridors all smells weed smoke.. rooms are big with comfy beds and clean and neat so 1 star for it... but as a business traveller I do not recommend this place to any of my friends or relatives. Thanks.

If you go here, make sure you deal with the day staff because the night staff is useless. They have no customer service and can’t help with any problems. They also park their personal vehicles in the entrance at the expense of the customer so that should tell your their thoughts of customers. Day staff was great and hotel has good bones still but evenings and nights when you need help you are on your own.

The room was in good shape. Upon arrival I was informed that the elevator does not work. I asked if there was anything on the first floor. The clerk upgraded my room without me asking. Great customer service!

Hotel was clean and quiet. I know there is no hof breakfast because of Covid 19 but the grab and go breakfast was poor. Like one granola bar and fruit snacks. Despite that I would still recommend coming here because of great rates and good atmosphere.

I had a two night stay, Fri and Sat, but decided last minute to make it a one night stay. I called 3 times on Fri to make sure they kept my reservation, no answer. They pick up the phone, then hang up on you. Twice on my two hour drive there, I called, and no one ever answered the phone. I arrive, the receptionist has to get out of her car which is parked out front, so she can walk behind the counter with no mask to help me. She says that I was a no show, so they cancelled my booking and can’t book another room for me. She asked if I called, and I said, 3 times yesterday, and twice today. She said, oh, our phones don’t work, as I sit there listening to them ring off the hook. She said that I need to call the number for the website that booked my room to get a refund and see if they can get me another room there for tonight. Check in is at 3:00, so that doesn’t help. The best part was when I brought up my pet deposit. She said, it’s $50, cash only. Like I’m going to give $50 cash to the employee who works from her car and doesn’t answer the phone. All of the local hotels are booked because of a softball tournament, so I’m stuck trying to find another pet friendly hotel at the last minute due to no fault of my own. All I can say is wow!
