We have been using Southern Air for the past 11 years. They installed a new HVAC system in my home and done an excellent job. We also had them conduct repairs with our plumbing as well. No matter what job we need them for, they're always courteous, professional, and always go above and beyond. Their prices are completely affordable with a great quality of work.
Southern Air has always provided high quality service to our home. We'd taken a break from our service plan with them after purchasing a new home and home warranty but the quality of service provided by the home warranty contractor was far less than we've been accustomed to with Southern Air. Today, we resumed our service contract with Southern. When Dylan and Caleb came to service our system today, they were able to identify ways to extend the life of our existing heating and cooling units for which we are very grateful. Our home was built in 2004 with two ac/heating units - the current units are 17 years old. We know that they will be costly to replace when the time comes, so we greatly appreciate their efforts to extend the lift of our existing systems. We have opted in the past for lower cost service providers and ended up paying many times over for those savings. Simply stated, Southern is not the cheapest heating and cooling company, but you get what you pay for.
I highly recommend Southern Air for your ac, heating and also plumbing needs. Any questions I have are addressed and answered clearly. I love the monthly membership that gets me discount rates and yearly ac and heater maintenance. My favorite tech is Dylan B. He is kind, courteous, respectful, professional and knowledgeable.
I just have to say Southern Air is the best around! I want to say a special thanks to Dustin he went above and beyond to offer us great service. He was very friendly and answered all our questions with ease. Southern air will always be our first choice.
Phenomenal customer service, I could not be any happier with the service I received from this company! Dustin and Trace were very professional, respectful and quick! I would highly recommend this company and the two gentlemen to anyone needing plumbing work of any kind done in their home. After a month of getting canceled appointments from roto rooter, we finally gave up and called southern air, we had an appointment scheduled for Thursday but someone else canceled their appointment so they were able to help us out on Monday instead. They send messages of the technicians when they are on their way to your house so it's no surprise when they do show up. I will be calling them again for all my future plumbing, heating and AC needs!
