Natchez Heating and Cooling came out after hours and worked on my unit until the problem was solved. I called 15 minutes before closing time and they sent someone right away so I didn’t have to be without air all night. Great service and they do excellent work! Me and my family were very satisfied with the entire experience with Natchez Heating and Cooling. We had a new HVAC system installed and a new water heater. From the beginning to end the install team did a excellent job. We struggled through the ice storm of 2021 without power and without heat but as soon as the roads where clear they were here in full force to install our unit even on a Saturday, with ice on the ground, and no power. They were all very respectful of our home, our pets, and our schedule. Jamie, Zach, Tristan, Brandon, Kelly, and Trey went above and beyond in many ways to make sure everything was done timely, safely, and correctly. The new equipment is fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Thank You!
I am thoroughly pleased with the professionalism of the team at Natchez Heating and Cooling. They were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious in performing their duties. I highly recommend them for plumbing as well as A/C installation.
