This is my best carwash even though sometimes they are short on employee's. They get the job done and certain days you get discount. A must checkout.
Was very quick at their job and done an awesome job. Cleaned inside and out to perfection and only took about 10 mins. Very kind people.

A very rude person vacuuming out the cars was very rude, threatening and argumentive. I had to call the police.. He should NOT work there. The manager told him to stop arguring several times. He paid no attention to her at all ! Horrible !! He need to ne fored. The only short black guy there. With a clown outfit on !
I drove in and started vacuuming since there was no one to stop or greet me at the entrance. Apparently I was supposed to know that this was full service. I got yelled at pretty quickly but ok I will take a look at your overpriced car wash when I can drive ten min Away or less anywhere near bardstown rd or the east end and get a 3 dollar car wash and free vacuum at any car wash. I only needed a vacuum. At the bottom of ms. Rudes little list was what looked like ala carte options. Vacuuming being one for the price of 4 dollars. No, but of course this isn't an option any more. The cheapest option with.vacuum was $25. You have got to be kidding me. I decided on the most basic of basic car washes at $10 because they discontinued their $7 wash. For one, print up some new little cheap lists if most of the options are outdated and unavailable, second, speed it up. You only drove my car through an automatic car wash. What exactly took fifteen min? And third, you're a business. If you offer something and someone is willing to pay you for this one thing because they dont need.your deluxe package do what you need to to keep your customers satisfied and returning. I will never come back to this place. You could make a lot more money catering to every customer and not.Just one type of customer.
