I went for a quick car wash only had my card on me so I used it. It was a 3 dollar deposit and I stopped the machine when it said $3.50. Get home and they charged $10 even to my card???? I tried to contact them no one answered my call and there isn’t a email I could find to contact. Ridiculous!! I know it doesn’t seem like much but thats not what I spent not to mention the water pressure was terrible and didn’t even clean my vehicle properly. Very unprofessional. This car wash is a scam!!!!
I went to power wash my truck after hunting. I used my card and it said it charged $6.00. I checked my bank account and they charged me $10! I get the $6 because I was there longer than the regular $3 it takes. I tried calling their number as it is the only contact info they have and all it did is ring over and over... I can’t even leave a message for my issue.
For the most part this place is clean and well maintained. However if you use your credit card in the spray booth to wash your car yourself no matter how much you try to save money and time it will always charge $10 to your card.
Leaky hoses, stole $5 from me. Never use your card. Better to go somewhere else.
The automatic machine seems to have stopped working while I was getting the car wash. Left my car covered in soap. It did not rinse or dry the car which is the package I paid for. Had to go through the other automatic machine and pay again. I would like my money back.
