The owner Kim gave us a refund on a hair cut for my son that did not look good. Then she re-cut his hair. Doing a wonderful job. This is the only place my son will go. Thank you Kim!nOh, and the rest of her stylist now, do great work as well.

I am the owner of this salon and I wanted to respond to Jason Earp's review. I am sorry you had this experience at a Great Clips but this is not may salon at Belknap. I do not have a stylist by that name and we do not post our licenses that way in my salons. I can assure you that my staff at this location are very professional and I have gotten my hair cut there several times because I fully trust each one of them.
Good great clips location. The staff is friendly and professional. Their is a lot of turn over so if you want a very specific cut or want to have the same person that's a challenge. For my basic cut though it is great.
Very easy to get a cut using the App. It turned out pretty good and she didn't really rush. It was average. My gratuity was probably average too and it seemed she expected more. But, I would return.
