The new owner Birdie was excellent! He did a cut and color for me and i could not be happier! I will be back and look forward to seeing what he has in store for this wonderful space!

I hate to write a bad review, but I have continually been ignored. Came in for balayage, left with nothing close to what I asked for. My stylist was Birdie, I showed him a picture of what I was going for (a darker color) and I left with lighter hair in an orange tone. He didn't darken it at all. I have bangs and he decided to cut them as well. I didn't ask for that and he botched them. They were cut too short and very choppy. I requested for him to fix it or get half of my money back, but have only been ignored. The atmosphere was very unprofessional and I am very unhappy with the way my hair turned out. I've showed everyone the hair I was going for compared to what I got and it is extremely obvious that Birdie did not even attempt to get it that way. It seemed he was doing what he wanted to. I do not recommend that stylist at all.nnThe actual length haircut wasn't terrible, even though I didn't really want short hair. The bangs were awful, though. I already had them and now they look very choppy and I have to pin them back. Do not go to him to get your bangs trimmed or to get your hair colored something difficult like balayage.nnI will also add that I talked to Birdie about having received a bad haircut from Topher at Under the Dryer salon and Birdie inquired I should have gotten a refund. Seems very unprofessional that now he will not give me a refund (or even half) for messing up my hair. He also ignored my requests to fix it. Have to get it fixed elsewhere.

Have been going to the same hairdresser for 22 years. The stylists all seem to keep their clients for a long time. I drive out of my way to get my hair done here and am always happy with the results.

this place is awesome. My first haircut in a long time, and Kira did a wonderful job. talked me out of cutting off all of my hair, and have me styling tips for my style deficient self. couldn't ask for better service.
