Do your research before you go! I went about 2 weeks ago for the first time. I scheduled on line with no preference. I got there and it was more painful then it should have been. Erin did my wax and she was constantly trying to rip the wax off before it was fully ready to be ripped on multiple areas. She was also rushing and I just kept telling myself that it will be all gone when she’s done. It felt like it lasted forever because of how many times she attempted at pulling the wax off in several different areas. I got home and I still had hair every where. I was furious. I called in... only for the receptionist to be very short and rude. I am not sure why she was so rude with me.. as I was the customer and I was done pretty wrong. I simply asked how they fix situations like this.. and instantly I was met with a nasty response, to the point that I just told her I wanted my money back . I spoke with the manager the next day and he eventually gave me a refund, which took way longer then he said it would, that was odd to me. I will never go back to Europeon Wax.. if you choose to.. good luck!

Erin is my waxer and she brightens my day every time! Even after a horrible day, she makes my appointment the highlight. She’s very professional and does a thorough job. Would recommend this place to all!

Such a chill and easy experience, it was my first full on Brazilian and Ke’anna did a great job making me feel comfortable. I absolutely loved it. Definitely coming back to this location!nIt did suck that I had to wait a bit even though I had an appointment, but the wax was so fast and easy going that it didn’t matter.

I have been to all the locations here in Louisville KY, this is the location I love & would recommend! I was set up with a appointment with Katrina. She was the absolute best! Very professional & my “Bikini Braz” wax was very clean & fast!

Conversations were decent but the waxing is terrible. I have went to this location twice and both times were poor waxing. This recent time, I now have a scarring in between my eyebrows from them plucking MY SKIN. I told the gentleman to politely stop, you’re scarring my face but replied “the cream will smooth it over”. Now a day later I have to two bloody scratches looking like a cat got ahold of my face near my eyebrows. I will not be returning.
