EBRSO - Kleinpeter Substation

After the floodings in LA I was working with my cousin to deliver portable buildings to customers who needed these buildings to shelter their personal belongings. While delivering these buildings we were forced to go down a narrow road, people looting the sides of the roads blocked us in from behind and a police officer in the East Baton Rouge police department pulled out and blocked the road in front of us. Then he and the looters demanded that I move the vehicle off the road. Firstly it is not my vehicle I'm just a helper, secondly I would be breaking the law to move it. The officer yelled and berated us as we tried to explain the line of people looting fridges, washers, and other electronics were blocking us in from the rear. Finally he got the people behind us to back up. We didn't know that he had made them back up then he threatened to call a tow truck if I didn't move the vehicle. Which I point out again I would be breaking the law. I don't know the officers name but he lives on Black Water Rd in East Baton Rouge. If he would have assisted us to begin with we would have been out of the way no issue. Instead he threatened us and demanded we do something we could physically not do at the time. He was the first one to go by us after we managed to move the truck over. He never said a word to the people cursing and yelling at us while they were looting people's belongings. Only afterwards did we find out he lived down that road and was going to his house. We never cursed him, yelled slanders, or threatened him. We tried to explain ourselves and he would not listen. I'm submitting this complaint not to get anyone fired but to point out that while we were trying to help the community he has sworn to serve and protect, he was berating us and threatening to seize the truck.
