Dr. Holzman was great. We had a miscommunication and a billing issue that was originally sent to collections but they did the right thing and deleted it- as promised. I appreciate that you listened! Thanks for taking care of that. Outside of that- it was a great experience. I've updated my review to reflect it all. I tried to do the same on Facebook but I guess they've blocked me. If you want to reverse that- I'll be happy to update those reviews/comments as well. I didn't say anything other than 'get it in writing' though.

Was told that my insurance would cover the visit, and was then billed $200.00. After multiple phone calls and emails of trying to resolve the issue and being promised that it would be resolved, no one took initiative. Disappointed but not surprised.

Dr. Brown and Dr. Kartha are not ordinary doctors, they are extraordinary doctors. Not only do they exhibit an elevated degree of professionalism, but they are friendly, comforting, and sympathetic as well. The staff is very friendly too. I would highly recommend them to a friend or family member.

Was told to go to another office to get an additional test, got to the next office and Associated in Dermatology forgot to fax over the paper work. Was on hold for 40 minutes trying to get someone to resolve the situation. No one answered the phone.nnUpdate: Same exact situation happened again two months later. Went to have another test done, ASSOCIATES IN DERMATOLOGY did not fax over the paperwork. They have repetitively wasted my time. Their phone service is unacceptable, you cannot get ahold of any actual physician or nurse unless you leave multiple voicemails.

This dermatology practice has the worst automated telephone system I have ever experienced. It was frustrating before changes were made and it's even more aggravating after changes were made. All of the locations are not listed. That doesn't really matter because all calls go to a main call center (except perhaps the Indiana location). It seems patients, and potential patients, are not directed to the actual physical office locations.nI'm not sure why the automated telephone system even lists options for the different locations. It would be nice if the automated system simply told you that you will be routed to the main Springhurst location to make an appointment.nnEvery time I call them I am frustrated.nnOn to the dermatology practice itself. I thought I was satisfied with the services. After finally researching the diagnosis I was given, I realized that I was not given a lot of information about how to manage the diagnosis at home. Considering the diagnosis is uncommon and that there is a lot to think about and manage at home, I would have liked the initial doctor to have done more than hand write the diagnosis on a random, small sheet of paper.
