I understand that our duty is to learn English, but this lady who works there and speaks Spanish attends to people in such a past way.
I travel from Baton Rouge to this health unit because the staff is knowledgeable and nice . They treat my kids respectfully and the staff are really nice and respectful. You travel for great customer service
We hold meetings there 3 times per week. It's usually clean!
Absolutely Nasty! From the waiting room to the bathroom to the clinic everything was filthy. There were 2-3 band aids and tissues lying on the waiting room floor. Bathrooms had urine all over the place and smelled awful. Service was slow. I waited over an hour to be seen and I had an appointment. I do not recommend anyone to go.
Needs to learn some customer service.
