Locally owned and operated. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Don't waste your time at the big box stores where, if you actually find someone to help you, they usually are clueless. If Patrick doesn't have it he can get it for you. Great guys great place.

These guys are great. I was recommended to go here for a diverter stem that I simply could not find anywhere. When I arrived, the gentleman at the counter knew of it immediately. They saved me a ton of money from doing a full conversion on my shower/tub combination which I definitely appreciate as a new parent.

Several years ago I was working for one of the local plumbers in town and didn't have a lot of experience and, of course, ran into a few jobs where I was looking at something rare or very old. All I had to do was text them a pic of what I was looking at and every time they new what it was, had one in stock and even told me what to watch out for when doing the repair. Needless to say, these guys made me look like a rock star to my customers on quite a few occasions. Thanks guys.

The people there know what they're doing I recommend this store highly for old plumbing parts that are not located at your local hardware store

This place is great, I am just a DIY customer, but they treat me like I am a high volume plumber. Everything you need is there and their prices are very reasonable. If it's not there...you don't need it. ud83dude00
