Went to get my brand NEW suit pressed and cleaned and they ripped a huge hole in the back. They said they didn't do it and weren't going to replace it to my mom who went to get it. I tried calling them back multiple times and they never answered. This is a terrible service I would never use them and I don't plan to ever again.

They did an excellent job on my comforter set. The comforter is multi-colored and now colors were faded. Had that experience with a dry cleaner many years ago. One color was faded after it had been dry cleaned. I like they place comforters in a plastic bag like what the comforters come in when you purchase them. I also had a pair of jeans hemmed and the hem looks like the original hem of the jeans. Very good professional job. I also had four coats dry cleaned along with a suede jacket that looks fantastic. The suede jacket took a little longer but they called me to let me know it would not be ready along with the other coats. I appreciated they called. I had used them in the past sparingly but never had them dry clean my comforter as I was hesitant since my previous experience with another dry cleaners. I will continue to use this dry cleaners.

I've used this cleaners for the last couple of years. They have done an excellent job on everything I've carried - from a handmade quilt to men's suits. Their prices are reasonable and everyone's very pleasant there.

Do NOT GO here. The prices are reasonable but they shrink clothes and swear they dont. If you want small clothes try them.

Poor customer service. When calling they hang up on you. Then they do not try to answer any questions if any arise. Just down right unprofessional.
