Not very dependable when you expect them to open at 8 o’clock on Saturdays and you’ve shown up several times at eight and they aren’t open. Shown up at 8:30 before and they still not be open. Can’t count on them on Saturdays.

I have taken my clothes and shoes here for about two years and my clothes have been cleaned properly for the most part. However, quality has went down and the last time I had shoes repaired and a hem fixed, the lining in my pants shrunk, the hem was crooked and my shoes looked like a 12 year old repaired them. I'm not sure what has changed but I definitely won't be back.

I've been going to this cleaner for 14 years every since I moved here in 2004 and I've never had any issues, always pleased with my cleaning services. I was informed that Cole Cleaners was sold and the man working in the cleaners now says he doesn't know where my clothes are and there's nothing I can do about it. All my Micheal Jordan apparel is gone, he didn't even bother to look just basically told me to get over it. I put my clothes in the cleaners a few weeks ago, the perfect storm. The cleaner was sold doing that time and I guess my clothes got mixed up in the computer. I'll never use this cleaner again but a very expensive lesson learned. I wouldn't use this cleaner any longer all the workers for Cole Cleanerare no longer there and the guy running the store now isn't very nice.
