My Mom had a drain that was malfunctioning for some reason. All I know is that there was poo poo coming into her basement I called H20 Service. They immediately sent someone out to fix it! I explained that my mom was on a fixed income and they said they could work with that it won't be that expensive! Lo and behold it wasn't! It was really adorable and they fixed it super fast! And their lead tech was from Ohio, so he was a fellow buckeye! OH---- IO! Thanks! I'll be calling them again for any of my plumbing needs.
Low priced but communication and organization of work is not great. When spending thousands of dollars attention to detail should be expected. They did not acknowledge any of their miscommunications
Honest and affordable company. Called them a couple of years ago for a second opinion after initially calling a big-name plumbing service. They were straight with me and didn't try to oversell me on a service I didn't really need yet. Gave me some honest advice for a future major sewer line repair. I've now called them for several minor things since, and will not use any other company. Great service, and will be hiring them for the big job when the time comes.
Greatest bunch of plumbers I know. They respond right away and will come to your house on the same day. Always polite and I never feel like I have been taken advantage of for the job. Prices are fair. I have used them about four times, since moving into an older home and will continue to use them. Can’t say enough good about these guys. Blessed to have found them.
Honest, dependable, and very affordable! This just goes to show that good businesses and people do still exist in today’s society. What a great company!!!
