A disgrace to law enforcement throughout the nation. Very unprofessional with a chief who would rather be a cronie than accountable. Out of shape officers are an embarrassment to the community.

I can't believe this police department couldn't handle an elderly woman with dementia cutting dandelions in the woods. (Dandelion greens are often collected to be boiled as a side dish--common in the Mediterranean and in Eastern Europe.) Such a lack of any common sense or understanding of other cultures is simply indefensible. Back to the drawing room, Chatsworth, Georgia, police officers. Please learn something about the world. Use the brains you were given.
