Stricks Carpet & House Cleaning Service

From start to finish, I was very impressed with Stricks. They gave us an appointment within a week of the day I first called them. The price was very reasonable. The gentleman, I believe his name is Julius, who showed up was very professional and polite. He did a great job! Our carpets look brand new! I would definitely recommend using Stricks.

Very reasonable prices. The worker showed up promptly and did a great job. The carpets look amazing. Customer service is great also. Very responsive and very nice. I would highly recommend.

We recently removed into our apartment and the carpets had numerous stains. The property management company recommended this company, and offered to pay for the service. Our initial appointment time was set for 9:30 AM on August 17. My boyfriend and I both work night shift, so it was a little frustrating not being able to pick appointment times, but I volunteered to stay awake to let the cleaner in. I stayed awake until approximately 11 AM but no one knocked on our door. My boyfriend called the company that afternoon after seeing a business card under our front door. They rescheduled the appointment for August 24 at 11:30 AM but they did not honor the appointment time. We were actually in the living at the time of our scheduled appointment, with our blinds open and no one ever came to the door, yet another business card was slid underneath our front door with a different appointment time than scheduled of 10:15 AM. We called the company immediately and requested a cleaner to come out but someone informed us that their cleaner was busy on another job, but that the afternoon was completely clear and someone would come by then. We waited until approximately 3:45 PM with no word from the company. My boyfriend called them back to ask for an update and they pushed the appointment back to Wednesday afternoon, WITH NO SPECIFIC TIME. It’s very frustrating that the company doesn’t honor appointments and that they’re unreliable. The cleaner never knocks on the door but just slides cards underneath. I’d rather clean the carpets myself than deal with this company.

Wish I could give more than five stars...Great price with great work. John was here on time and wasted no time getting to work. Very polite and professional. Will definitely do business with them again and would recommend them to everyone.
