The tech acted like his phone was more important than the customer he was working on. The floor was littered with used stuff even though they had just opened. Techs were just sitting there talking to each other even though there were customers waiting.
Be sure to get price in stone before going to register because it will change. They act as if they don’t understand you on corrections crooked nails, nails not shaped properly, bubbles in polish, or half polishing. until you get to register to pay then all is understood plus up charge. Employee Lee Lee does not do a good job. If anyone knows owner number please leave it in comments. Place haven’t been the same since Tony left
When I walked in I was greeted by the nail techs, I sat and waited for 45mins on a Saturday. Which I understand because it was the weekend, I was sitting on one of their comfortable couches behind the counter. A lady walks in and literally sits down for less then 5 mins and was asked “how can we help you” even after I stood up and said “I have been here” they still proceeded to help the lady. They acted as if I was not there because the room was quiet. Not even the manager whoever that may have been said nothing. I will never go there due to the fact they didn’t even have the decency to provide any customer service. They truly waisted my time and I’m pretty sure their service would have been trash
Accommodated a large group with an appointment! Great job!
