I went to relax and wax for the first time today and I was excited to try it out. I would never come back here considering I checked their website for eyebrow wax which said $10 and after I was finished with my eyebrows it cost me $20!! I honestly think that’s a ridiculous price to set for a simple eyebrow wax. So if you’re thinking about getting you your eyebrow waxed here just be prepared to pay a steep price of $20 which is very pricey!
I had an appointment for a Brazilian wax here yesterday afternoon. I had specified on my appointment I wanted the regular Brazilian wax ($35) since it was my first time, and I was told I shouldn’t have the sugar wax done the first time. I got taken back by a slim, tall Hispanic lady who didn’t speak very good english. I came with a friend and she had another lady who did a very good job. The lady who did mine did a sugar wax on me, which pulled off a lot of skin, and shouldn’t have been done the first time. It left a lot of hair that should have been grabbed, and she was very rude. I ended up having to pay more than what I had originally signed up for and I am not pleased with my experience.
Maggie and Destiny are the best! I always feel so relaxed during my wax. They make me feel very comfortable! I love the ambiance of this place too :) would definitely recommend!

Wish I could leave two reviews.nI would give 5 stars because my waxer Destiny is the best. She’s very professional and always tells me what’s best for my skin. But there is a downside I’ve had lately and I honestly don’t know how to address this problem.nI have called the location multiple times and so has my friend that sees destiny as well. I called once and the girl kept pushing for me to schedule with Maggie. I ended up finally getting in with Destiny (months ago) , and notice Maggie is the girl who works front desk.nWell we both called recently because we haven’t been in a while. She tries scheduling us with herself once again and I refused so she told me that destiny isn’t available once again. We would like to schedule with our regular person and shouldn’t be pushed to see anyone! I hate this because I want to see destiny, and we r constantly told that she isn’t there or not available , I have an open schedule and can come anytime she is available. It’s ridiculous and I don’t want to have to find another place because of this.
