The people that work there are really nice. They cut my hair how I want it. Very pleased.
I asked and showed a picture of the hair style I wanted and did not get it at all. I even told her she was cutting it to short, yet she kept going. I asked for it to sit on my shoulder, but when she was done it was 1.5 inches above my shoulders. I kept telling her no it's not what I asked for and she would say yes, this is good. Never again... I already have anxiety about getting hair cut but this was the worst.
