Emily is the best and she is the only one that can handle this hair.
I always enjoy my time at American Salon. They are so friendly and professional . So many people complement me on my hair and I tell them it’s because of Keri!
Mary Beth left me under bleach for two and a half hours with a heat lamp, then tried to hide the damage with a ton of product and sent me out with wet hair. On the way home my hair is falling out of my head and I send a message to her in panic. She never once even responded or apologized. It has been a couple of months now and I have spent over $1,000 trying to remedy what used to be long hair that is now barely past my shoulders. This was my hair and my security net and she took that away from me due to her negligence. Go anywhere else.
