Absolutely love Solara Sol! My friend and I walked later than usual customers, almost near closing time this evening and received excellent service. I appreciate the staff here for their hard work. I’ve been going to Solara sol for over a year now and I’ve never had a bad experience until today. My regular is Quincy but due to the fact that she’s on vacation I had went with someone else and her name is Julie. She did not do a very good job and she was to rough and my hands. My fingers are sore and literally throbbing from the pain. She left lumps on my nails from the sns. I kept pulling my hand away cause she was hurting me and she kept pulling it back being for rough. I’ve tried to tell the manager about it and he didn’t even care to listen at all. I am truly disappointed i am never going back there unless Quincy is there.
I’ve been here twice now and both experiences have been awful. I got my nails done yesterday for my birthday and while I was cleaning my nail just popped off. They were not even on for 24 hours ! I’m so disappointed never going back there again save your money and go somewhere else!
