We could not have asked for a better real estate team to sell our house. Jarred Duncan & Krystal Meadows did an incredible job listing and selling our home. It was a VERY EASY and VERY FAST process. Our home was under contract within a day of our open house. with plenty of offers to choose from. They are also helping us purchasing our new construction home. Last but not least, every single person they referred us to to prepare our house for sale, were also super friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. You will not be disappointed hiring them as your realtors.

Krystal was amazing!! I contacted her on a Tuesday and by Thursday we were looking at houses. I was amazed at her detail of what she looked for when we were looking at house. She gave great advice and listened to what I was looking for. I would highly recommend her and would definitely contact her again in the future.

Krystal has to be the most thorough person I have ever worked with. With every single step of the home selling process, she never wavered in her ability to stop, listen, process, and really think out just about every angle of any situation. And by that I mean when she listed our house she RESEARCHED the area to be able to sell our house at the best price, reasonably. So much so that when the appraiser asked her how she came up with our number she replied to him with a nearly-two-page response that was thorough and well thought out that all he could reply was something along the lines of just ‘okay’. She had a professional photographer come in and get pictures of our house and it made our listing SHINE to the point of our listing being the #1 viewed house in Gwinnett county. Reread that. The number one viewed house in Gwinnett county. We had 30 showings within a few days. She ALWAYS had our back in every situation and never told us to just settle to get us off her plate faster. She. Seriously. Works. For. YOU. She REALLY knows her realtor and loan stuff and I can sincerely, without ANY hesitation say it would be a mistake to go with another realtor. There are SO many wonderful, positive things I could say about Krystal and her abilities as a realtor. Please do yourself a favor and give her the opportunity to dazzle you.
