Kathy Coots and her team are hands down the best real estate team I have ever worked with by far. They are professional... reliable.... answer ANY questions you have immediately and most of all honest about what to expect along the way. I was new to home buying and very apprehensive. Being a woman on my own with this adventure, I was worried that I would not know what to do and/or make wrong choices. Kathy was with me every step of the way and did not make me feel as if my questions or concerns were silly. She was always quick to respond and if something needed a little research, she would always get back to me without me having to send 'Just checking in' emails. Kathy was always very professional but had a great personal touch about her. Highly recommend her!

Kathy was our listing agent on our home. She took the time to meet with us and established an aggressive asking price, especially during the pandemic. We got over 98% of list! Being the first house we sold, she took the time to explain the process and coached us throughout. From offer to closing, she was with us every step of the way.
