These folks are the best! My daughter was going to be in a pageant and the ladies who altered the dress for us got a food stain on her brand new gown two days before the event. My own cleaners of many years blew me off saying no one would notice. The great people at this store got the gown perfectly clean and lovely and saved the day! They were understanding and courteous and they are my new cleaners.
I decided to give this cleaner a try after all the great reviews. It is not from high expectations but from my work experience in a dry cleaner that I can easily say this place is VERY SUB PAR.nnFirst, I could easily smell the cologne and sweat residue on all the clothes.nnSecond, no dirt or stains were removed one bit. The young gentleman, unconcerned and rude, informed they DO NOT REMOVE STAINS even though I was told another lady told me they would try upon drop off. I would've accepted if they try but he admitted they did not remove.nnThis is deceiving and ridiculous. A good cleaners would remove all if not most stains even if there's additional charge. I came to know they do IN-HOUSE CLEANING which explains the low quality.nnI will not be returning.
I recommend this cleaners to anyone. They will take care of your clothes and will try to get the stains off as much possible.
This is the best cleaners around!! I moved from Lawrenceville to Athens 18 months ago, and still choose to bring my clothes to Flower. Turns out, it’s harder to find a good cleaner than a dentist or plumber! I recommend them wholeheartedly for their superior service and great attention to detail.
