If there was an option to post without giving ANY stars, I would choose that option. The customer service at this place is horrible ESPECIALLY today. I arrived at the cleaners to have my suits cleaned. There was NO ONE in the drive thru or inside line. I triple checked one of my suit pockets for anything I may have missed. The lady working there on 2/25 at about 4p (whose name I do not know) was VERY rude. She sighed and snatched the items from me as I was handing them to her. It made me feel as if my decision to support her business was an inconvenience to her. I asked that she return my items, which she rolled her eyes again and walked off. I politely and hurriedly went to another cleaners. I will NEVER support this business again.

Had a suite dry cleaned for my wedding. My wedding is on Sunday. Picked my suite up from this establishment on today. When I returned home immediately I noticed a ton of dog hair. I DONT HAVE A DOG. My shirt and pants haven’t been touched! My shirt is the worst. It has wrinkles all over it! The shirt is brand new and has never been worn! It most definitely looks like it’s been worn now! Will never use this establishment again! You had one job and couldn’t come through.

My daughter bought her all white prom dress at a consignment sale. It has a stain on the back and needed to be shortened. J & B Cleaners worked really hard on the stain. And while they couldn't get it completely gone since it was dark and very set in (was on the dress for over a year), they got it to disappear enough that no one will notice. My daughter wanted to keep the train in the back, but shorten the front so she didn't trip over it when walking. They did a great job of shortening the front without compromising the design of the train. Great job!! Also use them as our regular dry cleaner and have never had a single issue with that part of their business either.
