Horrible. This is my first & last time using this cleaners. I brought a sweater here to get cleaned & it had a belt in it that would be hard to put back in if it were removed, so I’ve never taken it out (at any other cleaners). Needless to say, they not only removed it but can’t locate it either. They can hardly speak or understand English and the owner first said she put it in the bag & then said they didn’t take the belt out. She wasn’t trying to resolve the matter & just walked off. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

Small business that is family owned, they have an eco friendly dry cleaning machine that does not use harsh chemicals like normal dry cleaning.

I read the reviews and had mixed feelings. I think they are expensive, 14.50 per woman suit compared to my former cleaners $10 per suit (they did an ok job) but now I see the difference. The hangers give the suits good form and the cleaning looks amazing plus they hand carried it to my car (I parked by the door). I was impressed.nnUpdate: I removed my 5 stars and gave it a 1. Although they do a great job with the cleaning itself, they lost my favorite suit jacket. They insisted that I never brought it in. I saw a few people have the same experience on their reviews and I gave the cleaners the benefit of the doubt but I no longer use their services. I use Young Cleaners and I take pictures of the items take.

The customer service plain sucks. Huge communication problem exist. One day I picked up a pair of hemmed pants and it wasn't done right. She wanted to charge me another 12 dollars to correct them. The next day I brought in another pair of pants and the husband was going to charge me 17 dollars for the same task. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE
