I referred to Complete Care for steam cleaning my carpet from another business and I was disappointed. I called the Owner and trusted him to come out and evaluate my situation and provide a price quote. I patiently a week for this and man was I taken by surprise! Once we arrived at my home, he took one look and quoted me $300 for the downstairs, staircase, and upstairs two bedrooms. I only have a two bedroom, two and a half bath! There are companies in Loganville who would clean the entire house for 150. My trust was misplaced and that's my fault but I was highly over quoted and plan on giving my referral feedback on what I experienced.
I've never used them.
