I’m new to the area and decided to try this cleaners, along with the one just down the street. When I picked up my cardigan, I noticed there was still a spot on it. No biggie, it happens, so I took it back and the husband graciously offered to try to clean it again. When I came back to pick it up, it was clearly marked as a “redo” since I had previously paid. So I politely asked “any luck getting the stain out?” The wife’s reply in a rude tone “I don’t know”. I kindly thanked her for allowing me to make my decision. I will never go back. Not because of the initial poor cleaning job, but because of her customer service or lack thereof.

Nice owner, excellent and on time service. May close soon due to high rents and lack of businesses/consumer traffic in the plaza.
