Ms. April & Ms. Nakita took really good care of me and my kids. Ms. April was clear, fast and easy to work with. Nakita get me all taken care of and her and the maintenance team made me feel right at home. Thank you to ladies !!!

The property has really shown dramatic improvement in the last year. The staff as a whole especially friendly manager Ms. April was very comforting. The new decor in office is 5 star. Proud to call the Summit home.

The Summit is under NEW MANAGEMENT!!! You can see the amazing changes the company has implemented since taking over the property. I love living in a gated community. The staff here are A-1, always eager to help and very friendly.
