I must say that my home buying experience has been a learning experience for me. And the good thing about it every question I had was answered and Mr. Sims made sure that I fully understood this process. So for a first time home buyer I learned about FHA, Escrow accounts and FHA 203K loans. Mr. Sims made me feel like a pro. And he will be my agent for my next purchase.

My husband and I are newly married and expecting our first child together in November . We knew that we wanted to purchase a home for our growing family but did not know where to start. Wardell came in highly recommended by our friends who used him recently to purchase their home. From the first day I spoke on the phone with Wardell I had so many questions and he was very patient, professional, and very informative.
