People beware....*nMet with Derek to look at two houses, he never asked me what my budget was, how many rooms, sq footage i was looking for, style of house, NOTHING* then proceded to send me listings for a week now. I have E-mailed him three times to stop sending listing, it still goes on. Have called main office three times, they DO NOT answer the phone. Glad I did not hire him to help find a home. I feel like this is NOT a very professional company.nPeople please beware*

I obtained Kindred Realty to purchase my home. I received absolutely no support from my agent or the owner during or after I purchased my home. I believe I was scammed by the property owner and my agent. I purchased this home through FHA and the whole thing as been a problem. My agent stop returning my calls and the lender calls. I basically was on my own. When I talked to his boss she stated she received numerous complaints about Jeff not keeping in contact. However she didn't step up and reached out to his clients. Now I'm in a home with a lot of problems and once again I'm on my own...
