These people in the office could care less about there tenants. Do not live here!!! They're inconsiderate, and uncaring. Overtime is more important than the safety of there tenants. They upkeep has become horrible. Absolutely not worth it. These are genuinely evil people. Takes a special person to say FU to a tenant that told you, they're literally leaving the hospital.

One thing for sure is that they are slow to fix and quick to charge. The front gate has been broken for months now and they cant tell me when it will be fixed. Its funny how we are supposed to be understanding about the hassal of running an apartment (which means fixing things) but they have no problem complaining about what you have on your porch and charge your for EVERYTHING! Seems to me like they should have enough finaces to fix the gate by now.nnP.s Whoever posts the memos on the door are late and inefficient. Again, they can be unaccountable but never can you. ud83dude02

Cynthia.nnI accompanied my friend on the phone to assist her with property questions. Being in the leasing field myself, I was very disappointed at how she handled things. She gave no detailed answers to questions important about the move-in process. She blamed residents on the reviews about mold, and was very dry in responding to important questions about the community. She spoke as if her application did not matter, and that she did not need her to live there. Of course, bad days happen, but this is unacceptable. Working in the field, one should care - just a little - about occupancy rates. My friend directly rescinded her application to the apartments and I would have done the same knowing that the leasing office treats their potential residents this way. I can only imagine how they are spoken to when they move in and have real questions or issues pertaining to the apartment that they are leasing.nnI could only hope this wasn't a recorded call, Miss Cynthia, because your review with management will not be great.

My experience with this appt community is not a pleasant experience. They never seem to answer or resolve their own issues with their units. I had a year lease purchase with them and they never, ever change my bad refrigerator or dishwasher. I had black mold in EVERY window in my unit. And they never came to resolve any of my ongoing issues. My kidds has chronic asthma and with my living conditions it was hard keeping them healthy.... the mold was so bad it was seen on outside of the property as well... I would definitely not recommend this place. Not for the high price and conditions that they offer... stay away!!!!

This is a very dirty community. They don't clean anything at all and the dumpster stays full, which permits gnats, flies, and wasps. There are like a million spider webs at the mailboxes, with dead bugs all over the walls and ceiling.
