In the process of buying now. I dont like the customer service. You don't get much updates about the building of your home. Its been 3 months nothing has happened but give down payments and and pay for all of your upgrade options.Another problem is you get and one only appointment to pick any design options and once you pick its final. You never get to see what they offer and pricing before the appointment so at least you can go in the appointment informed with a game plan. I shopped longer for shoes than I did for my design options in my home. So far its not the best experience. To be continued...

The homes in this community looked very well built. It is not a gated community. Only downside I didnt like was how narrow the road is in the community.

Century communities builders do not take pride in their work. I've complained about problems I have with my new house and now that we've closed they don't want to fix anything.nThere is trash left in our attic( pop cans food wrappings and old materials). Sent emails to corporate office and they sent out a warranty person who basically said wait till your 10 month inspection and we'll see then.nNever did we ever think that we would have a new house built and have to fix things around the house.nLastly horrible eyesore we have for a backyard, wetold it would be taken care of. They literally just threw the sod down and never came back to roll it.nnDo not buy from century communities or you'll be another statistic like us!
