I’ve taken two of my comforters here for “dry cleaning”. The first one I received back was shrunken and the second had the cushion all bunched up. They clearly were both washed which I didn’t want!!!

Went in to get a dress hemmed and was reassured that it would be done in time. I went to pick it up on two separate occassions and it was still not done. Needed the dress two days before the wedding. Now I have less than 24 hours to figure something out. Would not recommend, especially when you talk directly to the worker who does the hemming and still doesn't do their job. BROKEN PROMISES AND LACKING IN PROPER CUSTOM SERVICE.
