As other 5-start posters have said, Mr. Kim provides good value as the costs have gone up over the years. They also do big items like large Rugs, Comforters, etc. They may outsource some of them but the quality is still the same. Does excellent job on shirts (wash/press) and all kinds of dry cleaning - even leather. Also, love the convenient dry thru!

I once thought this place was good, as I used them once before but this time-I learned differently. I left one item to be pressed only, not dry cleaned on a Friday, I came back on the day they told me to come (a Monday) and they did not touch my item. I will never use this dry cleaner again-if they cannot keep their word on when they will have it ready by. Furthermore, my item was clean and only needed to be pressed. When the clerk was looking for it she was digging through a bunch of other (possibly dirty items to try and find mines, which shocked me). If all laundry services do this you may want to consider getting it cleaned and pressed vs just pressed. (I was like yuck-as I did not know if the other clothing items mines were mixed in with were dirty or not).
