The owner Ms. Gloria is awesome. She has a location near me and was able to meet me and redo my hair on a Sunday, being that I have personal issues with me she scheduled me without second thought. Great staff and friendly atmosphere.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I am a college student and had to find a place and schedule a last minute appointment for small bottom-length knotless braids. They immediately scheduled me in and braided my hair to the EXACT picture I used for reference. The women were very nice and full of fun and laughter. I asked a lot of questions about hair care which were answered with patience and guidance. The prices were affordable and reasonable for my style and length. The owner, her daughter, and another woman who braided my hair are truly very talented at what they do. Overall it was a clean, timely, and enjoyable environment, so this will DEFINITELY be a place I come back to when I’m at home.nn- Really a hidden gem

Called prior to receive a quote for individuals, was quoted one price; however, upon arrival the price fluctuated (first red flag). Came to an reasonable understanding about the price of the length & all was well or so I thought. The person who I talked to on the phone did not do my hair; instead it was a different lady so the length agreement was not relayed (I’m assuming because it was shorter than what I agreed to pay for). Tried to help them understand I was unhappy & that the braids were UNEVEN & SHORT but they kept stating it’s because I was pulling braids from the back (but I wasn’t.. even did a braid by braid comparison). Also, if you are getting light colored hair, & your hair is darker.. AVOID.. no tucking skills & is very noticeable & parts were not neat..very messy. Shouldn’t have even paid for this but they were hassling me about the money (I guess they knew I was upset with the service so they tried to hurry up & take the money from me) & I felt threatened..& was highly upset, so I did. Getting my hair redid tomorrow, no compassion whatsoever.. started speaking a different language totally noticeable they were talking about me.. WOULDNT RECOMMEND anyone going here.. beware
