When i arrived there was only one person at the check in she had no help my appointment was at 11 and we didn’t start on the 1st person until 12:45. We were just sitting around and waiting the majority of the day 2 of us didn’t even get the services we paid for due to us being there for 7 hours and having other places to be. Things that was supposed to be included with our package wasn’t included other people were coming and going getting there service done while we were there 1st and had to wait still ! This was a birthday present and i would never go here again

She is So AWESOME! Hands down! Her work is amazing. She teaches you where you can understand, and if you don't she'll brake it down for you so you can understand. Her energy is contagious. You have to just love her. I highly recommend her. Plus, she doesn't leave me hanging when I have a client and need her assistance.

I made an appointment for a in-person CONSULTATION. My appointment was today at 7 pm . It is now 7:31 and I am just now receiving a response from Lori herself stating that her “employee” was here at 7 pm. I informed Lori that was a LIE because I had been here at her establishment knocking since 6:57 pm and proceeded to call text and email by 7pm once it was clear nobody was here. Lori then proceeds to text me and state that it was just a “consultation “ and I could come back in the morning or do my consultation via FaceTime. I paid a deposit for a in-person consultation for a reason . If you do good work I’m going to travel no matter the distance but her lack of respect for my time and the fact that I was traveling to receive her services were unimportant and I would not recommend her to anyone! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Lori is so wonderful! I loved my experience! She was so informative and her class taught me everything I needed to know to get my business started! If you are on the fence about going to Lori do yourself a favor and just go!! Five star training!
