Frank is great at what he does. I have always styled my own hair, but when Frank laid his anointed hands on my head I was hooked. The massage during the wash phase is phenomenal! The care he gives to stimulate hair growth is amazing! I followed him from one shop to this one. He is versatile and listens to what you want. I highly recommend him and the hair salon being friendly and elegant is a plus!
First of all I feel so played!! went there for a wash and ,dye and cut I kept asking the cost and was not told until after the wash then I was 150 for a basic hair due and cut with color no type of ELEGANCE about it . I didn't even get a perm but was charged150 $a I hate I spent my money there do not be deceved!
Elegant Expressions and my stylist Frank exceeded all of my expectations!!! I’ve been living in Atlanta for 4 years now and had not found a place to call home for my natural hair care. I searched and read the reviews and decided to give Elegant Expressions a chance... best decision! This was my very first time having a male as my stylist so I was a little nervous but Frank earned my trust shortly after sitting in his chair. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took his time. Frank has gained a forever client! Thank you!!!
