The amount of time you spend in a craft means nothing if your plateau. The epitome of complacent I was surprised to learn they’ve been there for 12 years. Stylist tried to convince me of many things in order to make her process faster & easier instead paying attention to the clients hair & taking necessary measures. Especially when you’re adding charges to an already over priced service. The bang was not worth the buck. No pun intended.

I went to this salon for the first time. I brought my conditioner and the stylist said I have to charge you 10.00 dollars to sit under my dryer so I said that's okay you can do it like an instant conditioner she became upset. She told me the card machine did not work so I went to the ATM. I got back and she was talking to the lady that braids loudly. She was unprofessional. The only reason why I went there my Dominica stylist Iris @ Iris Domincan salon is out sick. I noticed when I was getting my hair done I was the only one with a mask on and this chick had a nerve to sneeze. I just moved to the area but never again I will just drive to Cobb County. How can you be so mean and you were playing gospel music. Not sure who the owner is but they need to teach customer service and professionalism. The lady who was doing the braids treated her customer well. I was so disappointed because this salon was near my home, but do not go. COVID is real don't go there!

I took my daughter to recieve her first blow out. My baby screamed the entire process and she refused to use a bigger tooth comb .nI will say it looked beautiful when she was done. But literally 25 minutes later my baby hair poofed up. I was charged 80$ for what. Not to mention I told the stylist and she said it’s because it was wet or humid. I’m trying to figure out where it was wet or humid at as it is in the middle of winter. I have a silk press myself from Cobb county and it’s still silky straight and it’s been 2 and a half weeks . So why my child hair poofed up but mine didn’t. I would not recommend at all

Very disappointed! Only wanted my hair TRIMMED. I'm natural so my hair shrinks a LOT when it's wet; therefore it needs to be blown out prior to putting scissors in it! After washing my hair the owner grabbed a hunk and just CUT!ud83dude20 Didn't even comb it out and cut way too much! I stopped her and said...nooooo, you have to blow it. She said it would be $55 MORE! I ended up leaving with WET HAIR and a chunk that she cut out! And she had the nerve to charge me $25.00. Won't EVER return!
