The lady who did my hair rushed!!!! From how fast she washed my hair to the trim and pressed!!!! I wanted Romel because I heard so many great things but he was busy. Which I understood that so I tried her (the lady across from Romel) I have very think hair and she was finished with my press In 20 mins no style just a press and she was like I’m done. I’m like no can I have a trim she rushed that too I won’t be going back and really don’t waste your time my hair has already started to curl back up total waste of my money and my time thanks for nothing RC Dominicans!!!!

I have been going here for years on and off. I’ve never had an issue until a month ago when I went and got my hair silk pressed. I’m unsure of the lady’s name but she has short hair and was kind of slim. She was not nice at all which was okay because I came to get my hair done, not make friends. When she started blow drying my hair she was snatching my head and even hit me in the eye with the comb which was hot from the hair dryer. She apologized but she continued to be rough. I have extreme heat damage and she burned off my hair I’m several spots. I take pride in having nice hair and I am sadden by this. After years of this place being my go to when I needed a last minute press, I will not be returning.

I went in for Romel but ofcourse he's crazy busy so a woman with Dark hair whose station is behind the register did my hair. I sweat in my head and my scalp is oily so I have trouble keeping a blow out for long but my hair was the same quality for a week. Money well spent!! Will be back when its time for a trim!

My name is Monica and I just moved to the area and wanted to try them. All of the stylist was doing a great job. After I came out the dryer it was one stylist there she blew me out never beveled me completely. Never asked me how I wanted. I wasted 51 dollars. I wish someone else could have done it. I have an appointment Saturday and wanted to look nice. They need to make this right.
