Everyone here seems cool. The whole shop will have you laughing and their down to earth. I've seen Paris, Toya and Kaye work their all good stylists. Princess is the braider and she braids really fast...

I would recommend touched by an angel this time.. The owner herself did my hair and she did a awesome job.. I personally believe she went above and beyond I’ve been going to them for years and always I found something wrong but this time they stuck to their logo no lumps no bumps.. Lynn Slade my hair..

The quality of service provided was exceptional and I would highly recommend. They greet every person who walked through the door, took temps, etc. My first time going to the Union City location was in June. I was serviced by Byrd for a take down/wash and Shameka for a sew-in. Both were phenomenal and polite. Their level of attentiveness was best in class.nnYesterday, I was serviced by Kaye, which again was superb service. She assessed my scalp, openly communicated pricing upfront of each service provided, and was extremely professional, while being lighthearted and funny. ud83dude04nnThe only 2 things I wish were different was the hot water during my wash. Due to a temporary issue, I had a cool (slightly uncomfortable) wash. It was fixed that day, but unfortunately after my wash was completed. I also wish they took debit cards. I don’t carry cash. It would be more convenient.nnAll of the staff is polite. I’ve been to other salons in the area that are unprofessional with cursing, inappropriate conversations , taking too many clients at one-time, etc. That certainly is not the case here. Honestly, I’ve been to the beauty school numerous times, and this location’s service was 10xxx better than any of my experiences at the actual school (with the owner present).nnI will continue to go back. Thank you for the great service, ladies.

If you aren’t the very boujie type then the stylists at this establishment won’t be an issue for you.nFor one, they are very good at sew ins...well Kaye is because she is the only person I go to for my sew ins. Her vibe is impeccable by the way.nTwo...Myself and my mother in law get our relaxers here...which is a problem because now I notice they are great for sew ins, weave of any kind (wigs etc) but not so much on RELAXING.nBoth myself and my mother in law had our last relaxer (3rd and last) there about 4 weeks ago and both our hairs are literally shedding like dogs. Not only that we had to wash our hairs in less than a week after our relaxer because we could literally smell the relaxer in our hair.nOn top of that my relaxer was NOT done properly, I still had to flat iron my hair because the roots looked untouched.nNow I have to find another salon to do a descent cut because the breakage and the shedding is out of control. I highly recommend them for weave of any kind though.
