Rusty is an amazing realtor. Having bought and sold several homes over my lifetime, Rusty is by far the best realtor I have worked with. He was always quick to respond, answer my questions, and I felt I was in control of the home selling process. I recommend using him to sell or purchase a new home.

Rebecca was amazing to work with. She listed 2 homes for me(one of which she had under contract for over asking in less than a day). Will be using her to buy or sell any future homes we have. If you need a realtor than will be responsive and fight to get you the most out of the transaction then definitely give Rebecca a call.

Rusty Cole was absolutely the worst Realtor that I have ever used. He is very rude and unprofessional. Don’t ever use him if your selling your home due to a Divorce. Rusty will start out like he cares and that he’s on your side , but will quickly turn on you and team up with the other side in a heartbeat. Let me add that this was a domestic violence case he broke my ribs twice and he’s being charged with felony charges. I was not to have any communication with my husband. So after speaking with him your opinion changed then you are no better than an abusive person if you’re going to side with one.

Buying a home for the first time can be very scary but Heritage Oaks Realty is the best Brokerage to work with from beginning to end! Ceadra Cole, worked with me when I was a renter and she became family and would check in on me as a person not a number. After running into her and her husband they told me how the market was, told me about the perks of buying in the market and not once pressured me into purchasing a home. So I decided I would at least see where I was at, not only did they line me up with the perfect lender they would check on me while I did that process. Every step of the way Rusty Cole and Ceadra Cole walked me through the process and we closed early! I recommend them any chance I get because even when a problem arises with things they would handle it and really did more than I could ever thank them for! They turned this renter into a owner and for less money than it is renting in this kind of market! If you don't believe me just meet anyone from their office and you will know what they stand for!
