I currently reside at Brookview Apartments in Douglasville Ga. The management team is amazing. Alana continues to give exceptional customer service. She is extremely helpful and she goes above and beyond what is required. The Maintenance staff gives prompt responses to service request. I would recommend others to come visit Brookview and consider becoming a resident. My stay has been a great one.
I came in to view the apartments and when I came in Elana Jones was so helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the apartment before we viewed it. I did not get the apartment or fill out an application because the size was too small for my family. But would recommend based on the staff.
This will be my second year living at Brookview apartments..This is my first location in Douglasville Ga since I’ve moved from my hometown..It is quiet and peaceful. I haven’t had any problems so far.. and I hope and pray that it stays that way.Thank u Brookview Apartments for given me an opportunity!
I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a month and honestly so far so good. It’s peaceful. The neighbors in my apartment are nice and friendly. The management is friendly, professional, and prompt. I had a couple of minor maintenance repairs, and those repairs were taken care in a timely fashion. Highly recommended apartment complexes.
Probably one of the rudest property managers that I have ever unfortunately met and spoken to. Would not recommend to anyone until the property manager is replaced with someone who actually likes to do her job
