I thought about reporting this place to Better Business Bureau but it’s not worth it. Dropped off 5 items and picked them up a month later to discover none of the items are cleaned but they wanted me to pay full price because I couldn’t leave them (and it was the owner not the people working). The owner was incredibly unreasonable even after I offered to pay for FOUR items that were not done. Do not visit this place. They probably exploit the poor

Disappointing. After putting $5+ in a 60# washer, it didn't add water. The lady gave me my money back, but then I had to wait until the washer went thru the entire cycle before I could get my clothes out. After I washed them in another machine, I put them in a dryer for 30 minutes & it never turned on any heat at all. Again she refunded my money, but I was in a hurry & adding an additional 1 1/2hrs didn't help. She put an out of order sign on the washer, but not the dryer. Many if the washers & dryers were out of order. Also concerned me that she wasn't wearing a mask & I never saw her wipe down any of the tables or machines. I won't go back. Two stars were because she refunded my money & was nice about it. She said she was not the owner.

We have been using this location for about a year twice a week. We drive a 32’ motor home and have never had a problem with parking at 6:00 - 6:30 am. Today we were met by the owner and told we couldn’t park where we always have as we would be preventing people from getting into the parking lot.nnHe was very rude. We left and will not be back.

I’ve lived in Douglasville for 9 years and I’ve supported this then the entire time. I drop off for Wash & Fold as well as alterations and they are normally done in two days if not sooner. Even with the owner change they’ve provided exceptional service, friend & family environment, and speedy service!
